The School of Real Estate Management is on its fourth year. It recently obtained its government recognition from the Commission on Higher education for the program.
From its modest beginnings, student enrollment increased. Students saw themselves organized as Junior Real Estate Brokers Appraisers and Consultants with Lemuel Egot as president. He eventually completed his 250-hour internship at the Commercial and Industrial Estate Department (CIED) of the National Housing Authority in Quezon City. He was rated a flat 1.0 mark for his exemplary apprenticeship performance with the government housing agency. Mr. Egot is expected to earn his BS REM diploma on October 2015.
The department has had exposures on Practical Applications on Subdivision Aspects; and on brokerage – all in Camella Subdivision in Campetic, Palo, Leyte.
In the May 2015, 2nd courser Roselda Gaddi (BS REM-3) passed the PRC Brokers Exam. Eight other SPSBL students also made it to the successful list of passers.
