- ONSITE SERVICES
- Reference Assistance
- direct personal assistance received by library users from library staff. Library users may also be assisted by trained student assistants.
- Information Retrieval
- This service is designed to help users find relevant information quickly and efficiently. Students may ask help / assistance from the library staff or library student assistants.
- Resource Circulation
- The Circulation Service is a service where librarians and library staff including the library student assistants, assist users with their borrowing needs. This service encompasses the entire process of loaning out materials, managing due dates, tracking items, and ensuring a smooth circulation experience for library users. Students must present their library ID to avail this service.

In securing a library ID card, students must submit their 1X1 ID picture and present Enrollment Official Receipt (indicated the 50.00 payment for Library ID) to the General Circulation In-Charge. Library ID allows students to:
- Free internet Access
- Check out books
- Discussion Room and AVR reservation & utilization
Accessing onsite services at SPSPS Library typically involves visiting the school’s library or reference desk during their regular operating hours:

- Information Literacy
- Library Orientation
This service is conducted at the beginning of the new academic year to orient students, faculty, and staff to the library resources and services. This presents an opportunity to also introduce incoming students to various services that can support their needs during the academic year.
- Current Awareness Services
- In this service, a library bulletin is updated from time to time about the progress and latest / upcoming events of the SPSPS Library, so as the FB Page. One of the important things to be posted are the new acquisitions in SPSPS Library. Librarians connect with advisers from different departments with regards to the books they want to include in the acquisition.
- Acquisitions List
- These are list of books acquired by the library. List of newly acquired books are sent to the academic departments for information dissimilation. This is also available in the library for browsing, an posted in the library bulletin and the SPSPS Library Facebook page.
- INTERNET AND COMPUTER SERVICES
- Free Wi-Fi Internet Access
- Students can avail this service inside the library. They must present their library ID card and fill out the logbook. They will be assisted by library student assistants in providing the password.
- ONLINE SERVICES
- Document Delivery Service
- This service is one of our online services provided through our FB Page and E-mail.
Library users may send their requests whether an entire document for articles or specific book chapters through the document delivery service for free, as part of their available services as a library user. It may take 2-3 business days to deliver the requested articles or book chapters. Information provided via document delivery services is usually in the form of digital copies (PDF). - Remote Access to Electronic Resources
- Refers to the ability to access electronic resources, such as e-books, e-journals, and databases, from outside of a library or other institution. - Online Library ID Application
