The Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) for Real Estate Services conducted a monitoring and evaluation visit of the Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) program at Saint Paul School of Professional Studies (SPSPS) today, May 6.
School President Eunice T. Tudtud Pagatpat, MBA, together with key academic and administrative officials, welcomed the PRB delegation composed of Hon. Jessie B. Doctolero, Ms. Mariah Darvin Angelika N. Animos, and Mr. Edgardo Santino Costibolo.
As part of the evaluation, the team conducted a comprehensive review of institutional documents, curriculum delivery aligned with industry and licensure standards, and faculty qualifications. The visit also included an inspection of academic facilities, including classrooms and laboratories, as well as consultations with the Academic Affairs Division and the Faculty of REM program to assess the implementation of the program.
The recent assessment aimed to verify SPSPS’s compliance with PRB policies, standards, and guidelines, while ensuring that the BSREM program remains responsive to the evolving demands of the real estate profession and aligned with national standards for real estate education and practice.
