Saint Paul School of Professional Studies is committed to providing quality education anchored on the values of Saint Paul. The school aims to establish a strong presence of lifelong learners and God-centered professionals adept to the new streams of educational value relevant to global development initiatives.
Admission of students is anchored on the guidelines on Admission stipulated in the Manual of Regulations for Private Higher Education (MORPHE), the Guidance Center, Academic Deans, and the institution’s Student Handbook.
Senior High School
Grade 11From Private Junior High School
- Original copy of PSA Live-birth Certificate
- Original copy of Grade 10 Report Card (with Learner Reference Number – LRN)

BSA, BSAIS, BSMA, BSBA, BSREMHow to apply
- Take the entrance exam administered by the Office of the Guidance Center. This is required of every applicant to any of the school’s Bachelor’s programs.
- Submit the required admission credentials to the Registrar’s Office.
- Present the entrance exam result at the cashier, pay the entrance fee, and present the official receipt at the Registrar’s Office for the issuance of the Enrollment Form.
College Freshmen
- Original copy of Form 138 (SH Report Card)
- Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral
- Original copy of PSA Live-birth Certificate
- 2 copies of recent 2×2 colored ID picture with white background (within the last 6 months)
- Recent Chest X-ray result (within the last 6 months)
College Transferees

- Clearance from the Finance Office (for back accounts) and the Office of the School Registrar (for lacking admission credentials)

Faculty of LawHow to apply
- Take the entrance exam administered by the Office of the Guidance Center, and interview with the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law.
- Submit the required admission credentials to the Admission Officer / Registrar’s Office.
- Present to the cashier the recommendation-to-enroll slip issued by the Dean, countersigned by the Admission Officer, for the payment of the entrance fee.
- Present the official receipt of the entrance fee payment to the Registrar’s Office for the issuance of the enrollment form.
Juris Doctor Freshmen

Cross Enrollment
Inbound and outboundCross Enrollees (Inbound)
- Present the original Permit to Cross-enroll, with school seal and duly signed by the issuing school, to the Registrar’s Office for validation.
- Confirm the availability of the course to be enrolled.
- Accomplish the Cross-Enrolment form (inbound) from the Registrar’s Office and secure a payment slip for the corresponding cross-enrollment fee at the cashier.
- Present proof of payment to the Registrar’s Office for enrollment.
Cross Enrollees (Outbound)
- Seek a recommendation from the Dean’s Office on the intent to cross-enroll.
- Present the approved recommendation to the Registrar’s Office.
- Accomplish the Permit to Cross-Enroll (outbound) form from the Registrar’s Office and present it to the cashier for the payment of the cross-enrolment fee.
- Present proof of payment to the Registrar’s Office for issuance of the Permit to Study Certificate.
Admission Procedures
These steps apply to every prospective student, whatever the program.
- Prospective students shall submit all required admission credentials to the Admission Officer / Registrar’s Office.
- The Admission Officer shall evaluate the credentials based on the school’s admission requirements.
- The Admission Officer shall issue an enrollment form to the student.
- Admitted students shall fully accomplish the enrollment requirements with designated offices before the course enlistment.
- The duly accomplished enrollment form shall be forwarded to the Registrar’s Office for validation, student portal activation, and custody.
- Admitted students shall attend the orientation program and comply with all school policies and regulations.
