The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) of SPSPS is an undergraduate degree, focused on the principles and practices of managing organizations, making decisions, and solving business problems. It prepares students for careers in management, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and related fields.

Students in BSBA programs commonly build analytical thinking, leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. The degree also emphasizes applying business theories to real-world situations and understanding how organizations operate in local and global contexts.

Graduates often work in business administration, supervision, sales, banking, marketing, human resources, logistics, operations, or start their own business. The degree is also a strong foundation for graduate study in business or management-related fields. The program has the following specializations:

Operations Management 

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management is a degree program that prepares students to manage and improve business operations, production, and service processes. It focuses on planning, supply chain management, quality control, productivity, and efficient workflow design

Marketing Management

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management (BSBA-MM) is a degree program that prepares students for careers in marketing, sales, market research, advertising, and public relations. It focuses on understanding consumers, building brands, digital marketing, developing products, and creating effective marketing strategies.

Human Resource Management (BSBA-HRM)

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management (BSBA-HRM) is a degree program that prepares students to manage people and support organizational growth through effective HR practices. It covers recruitment, staffing, training, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and labor relations.

Financial Management

BSBA major in Financial Management is a four-year degree program. It deals with strategically planning on how a business should earn and spend money. It includes making decisions about raising capital, borrowing money and budgeting. It also involves financial goals and analyzing business data.

Business Economics

BSBA major deals with the study of how societies, governments, businesses, households, and individuals allocate their scarce resources. Likewise, this involves the study of financial issues and challenges faced by corporations operating in a specified marketplace or economy. This also provides valuable knowledge for making decisions in everyday life, and is concerned with the optimal distribution of resources in society.

Business Analytics

BSBA major in Business Analytics is a four-year degree program. It deals with the study of data through statistical and operations analysis, the formation of predictive models, application of optimization techniques, and the communication of these results to customers, business partners, and corporate executives as the organization prepares for its future growth and challenges.
